All content, courses, programs, and consultations offered through this website are intended for educational and personal development purposes.

The teachings are based on traditional Indian knowledge systems, supported by modern interpretations where applicable.

All course materials, PDFs, presentations, recordings, visuals, and logos are the intellectual property of Acharya Nimishaa Beria and Sampoorna Vaastu.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respect, confidentiality, and decorum during live sessions and inside student communities.

Any kind of disruptive behavior, trolling, or disrespect towards the teacher or fellow students may lead to removal from the course without refund.


4. 

Eligibility

Some courses, such as Advanced or Devta-level training, are open only to students who have completed the required prerequisites.

Admission to any course or mentorship is at the discretion of the Sampoorna Vaastu team.

Refund Policy


We believe in delivering value and transformational teachings. However, since our courses include live training, proprietary intellectual content, and digital downloads, we follow a strict no-refund policy under the following terms:

Once a course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under all circumstances, including partial participation, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.

This applies to all offerings: workshops, live courses, digital programs, mentorships, and one-on-one consultations.


We encourage you to go through course details thoroughly or reach out to our team before enrolling.

Cancellation Policy


We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellation is handled:


1. 

Live Courses & Workshops

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live program, you may inform us in advance and request to be shifted to the next available batch, subject to availability and management approval.

No cancellations will be entertained once the course has begun.


2. 

Private Consultations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling will be allowed once; repeated changes may not be entertained.

No refunds are provided for missed or late consultations.
